Sinaloa Cross Country
Sign-ups: Pick-up an information sheet from Mr. Himes. Each student must turn in a “Parent Permission For Student Participation in Off-Campus School Sponsored Event”(will be handed out at the first practice), to able to participate in off-campus runs and Cross Country Meets! First open practice will be Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 7:30 A.M. We will meet in the Sinaloa GYM. Students are not required to participate in morning “Runners Club” runs to be eligible to participate in Cross Country Meets. Please see Mr. Himes if you would like to participate in the Cross Country Meets, but you are not able to participate in morning practices.
Practice: Open practices will be every Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 – 8:00 A.M. Come to practice ready to run. After the run you may change into your school clothes in the boys or girls P.E. locker room.

Red Rock Run (District Championship) – Indian Valley College – Friday, October 9 @ 4 PM
Novato Swarm – Indian Valley College – Friday, Oct. 16 @ 4Pm
Marin County Finals - Marin Civic Center (Lagoon) – Thursday, Oct. 22 @ 4 PM
Parents drivers will meet the team in the upper parking lot right after school. We will leave Sinaloa at 2:45.
